Job Description
As a Business Analyst in an agile Product based delivery environment, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, facilitating discussions and documentation of requirements, and delivering business value through defined outcomes. You will work with a self-organizing agile squad, including Product Owner, developers, and quality assurance team members. The role requires technical knowledge of low code/no code systems like Microsoft Power Platform and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience (Business/Finance, Financial Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in one or more of the following roles: Business Analyst or Business Consultant, Product/Application Support or Data Analyst
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience collaborating with product-oriented delivery and technology teams to deliver solutions that address business problems and provide business value
