Job Description
Managing Director, Financial Services, Private Capital. The opportunity to lead investments, serve as sponsor, and build the Financial Services investment team.
Requirements
- 15+ years of meaningful work experience in private equity, management consulting, investment banking, and/or corporate M&A
- Track record of sponsoring deals at Underwriting/Investment Committee and delivering committed returns
- Direct investment track record in Financial Services, particularly insurance, wealth, or payments expertise
- Deep knowledge of Financial Services sector dynamics, regulatory, AI, and digitization themes
- Active āfor profitā board director experience, including committee leadership
- Strong academic background, with a financial designation (MBA, CFA, CBV, or CA)
- Demonstrated leadership, strong negotiating skills, ability to balance priorities, and thrive in a high-performance environment
