Job Description
The Social Media Analytics & Insights Strategist is responsible for overseeing the organization’s social media presence and managing enterprise social listening, sentiment analysis, and digital brand protection programs. This role combines social media management with hands-on analytics and monitoring and serves as the organizational subject matter expert for online intelligence and brand protection tools.
Requirements
- University/College degree or professional certificate in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in social media management, media monitoring, digital insights, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with social listening, sentiment analysis, and media intelligence tools, particularly Meltwater.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and insight-generation skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize data for stakeholders.
