Tax Coordinator

The Tax Coordinator provides co-ordination and administrative support to the Enterprise tax team’s global tax compliance program. The role focuses on execution, tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination to support timely and accurate tax filings, payments, and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years' experience in a coordinator, administrator, or project support roles
• Experience in financial services, accounting or professional services environment is an asset
• Post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset
• Strong excel skills (e.g. Pivot tables, lookups); experience with Macros is an asset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate trackers and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general comfort working with enterprise systems and document management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders and external parties
