Senior Ruby On Rails Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails developer who enjoys owning meaningful features, building reliable systems, and working in a mature, high-trust engineering environment. This role is an individual contributor position for an experienced backend engineer who cares deeply about code quality, testing, and long-term impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails
• Strong backend engineering skills and database experience
• Solid experience writing and maintaining automated tests (including E2E)
• Experience building and running production systems
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership
• Strong problem-solving mindset, you look beyond tickets
• Experience with Web APIs
• Availability during EMEA working hours
