Chief People Officer

OnTheList is seeking a Chief People Officer to develop and execute a unified people strategy that is the foundation for our next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive, strategic HR/People leadership experience and a proven track record of creating and scaling core people functions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive, strategic HR/People leadership experience
• At least 5 years in an executive capacity (Head of HR)
• Proven track record of creating and scaling core people functions
• Business acumen, with experience managing P&L, strategy, and growth
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Global and local mindset, with experience managing people culture complexities in Mainland China and APAC
