Marketing Manager – Brand & Growth

We are looking for a Marketing Manager - Brand & Growth to join our team in the UAE. As a new concept in the UAE, OTL needs awareness, and you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to increase and manage the database. You will lead brand storytelling, influencer collaborations, and creative direction to strengthen platform identity across the GCC, and manage and grow social media platforms to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of full-time work experience in marketing & communications or digital marketing.
• Proven experience in developing brand awareness campaigns, influencer/PR partnerships, and cross-channel marketing strategies
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator
• Strong knowledge in online marketing tools Expert in local digital trends and marketing concepts
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Arabic is a plus
