Job Description
OnTrac is hiring a Director of Risk Management to set the enterprise risk strategy and integrate it with broader organizational goals. The Director will direct Property & Casualty insurance programs, lead enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks, and own the total cost of risk (TCOR) agenda.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of relevant risk management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Deep expertise in commercial Property & Casualty insurance
- Advanced knowledge of ERM frameworks (e.g., COSO ERM)
- Proven cross-functional partnership with Legal, Finance, Safety, Operations, and IT
- Exceptional executive communication skills
