We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to guide customers through the entire implementation process of our all-in-one procurement platform, ensuring they use the software optimally. You will be responsible for determining customer expectations, advising on process optimizations, and providing training.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO degree
- At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar function
- Affinity with the IT sector, with room for further development and learning
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
- Ideally knowledge of purchase-to-pay automation or finance/accounting
- Ideally experience with implementing (Purchase-to-Pay) software
