We are looking for a Manager, EMEA Channel Marketing to lead the execution and growth of our partner ecosystem across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Channel Marketing, Partner Marketing, or Field Marketing, with a proven track record of executing programs in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Regional Expertise: Significant experience managing partner relationships specifically within the EMEA market, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and localized marketing execution.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or similar MAP/CRM integrations).
- Financial Acumen: Strong experience managing regional budgets/MDF and a disciplined approach to measuring ROI.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work as a key contributor within a global framework, reporting to global leadership while maintaining strong cross-functional ties with regional sales teams.
- Action-Oriented Execution: A proactive self-starter who excels at end-to-end program delivery and relationship management, ensuring 100% lead follow-through and equipping every partner with the tools necessary to scale.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence partners and build consensus among stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
