Our client is a Canadian manufacturing company established for nearly 25 years, seeking a Quality and Reliability Director to lead a team and optimize the department by collaborating effectively with other stakeholders in the organization.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in quality assurance and reliability
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, operations management, or other relevant education
• Significant achievements in certification of a quality system
• Experience working in an ISO-9000 certified company
• Transformational and relational leadership
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Good sense of organization and priority management
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good ability to mobilize and manage the entire team
• Good collaboration and teamwork skills
• Good mastery of the Office software suite, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent mastery of English and French, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of ISO, Telcordia, IATF, and MIL standards
