Our client is a Canadian manufacturing company established for nearly 25 years, seeking a Quality and Reliability Director to lead a team and optimize the department by collaborating effectively with other stakeholders in the organization.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in quality assurance and reliability
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, operations management, or other relevant education
- Significant achievements in certification of a quality system
- Experience working in an ISO-9000 certified company
- Transformational and relational leadership
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Good sense of organization and priority management
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good ability to mobilize and manage the entire team
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Good mastery of the Office software suite, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent mastery of English and French, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of ISO, Telcordia, IATF, and MIL standards
