Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in customer management, sales, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of agricultural finance, markets, and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
• Fluency in Finnish and English languages
