As the leader of the Large Clients tribe, you will be responsible for the long-term and short-term strategic direction of our large client sales, as well as the planning and implementation of our business activities. Your responsibility will also include the Baltic business operations and OP Pohjola's international banking relationships.
Requirements
- at least 10 years of experience and evidence of successful leadership in sales and customer relationships, as well as in result-oriented roles
- strong experience and knowledge of customer relationships and sales management, as well as banking and finance
- experience in managing large-scale customer relationships
- strong knowledge of large and medium-sized companies and their networks
- ability to build relationships and networks and to influence
- strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop people and teams
- ability to lead in a role with direct reports
- experience in implementing and developing large-scale business models and in working in a complex network organization
