We're seeking a warm and organised Customer Support Manager to guide residents and families through their aged care journey at our new Clyde North Terrace Care Community.
Guide residents and families through their aged care journey, lead and support an admin team, build relationships with families and community partners, and oversee day-to-day admin processes.
This role requires experience in a relationship-driven, client-facing role, leadership capability, strong organisational and communication skills, and a compassionate approach to sensitive situations.
