Job Description
Opal HealthCare is seeking a passionate and experienced Care Manager to provide clinical and cultural leadership to our care team and support our 141 residents at Murdoch Gardens Care Community. We're looking for a leader who believes in compassionate, evidence-based care and wants to make a profound impact on a community.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA RN registration (Minimum 3+ years post grad experience)
- Strong clinical leadership experience in aged care/healthcare
- Knowledge of aged care standards, AN‐ACC & governance
- Passion for mentoring and building strong teams
- Confident communicator with resilience & a proactive mindset
