- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a service-driven environment (aged care, health, hospitality, or community sectors).

- A strong commercial and financial acumen, paired with an unwavering passion for delivering exceptional quality care.
- Exceptional communication skills and a visible, hands-on leadership style.
