Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Technical Lead Manager) to join our HealthTech division. As a Technical Lead and Manager, you will own one of our product teams end-to-end, taking work from problem definition through launch and iteration. You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering scalable, high-quality systems, as well as mentoring and growing a high-performing engineering team.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior/Lead Engineer, building and scaling production systems end-to-end.
- Strong foundation across modern software engineering and multiple layers of the stack.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make tough trade-offs, and set clear technical direction.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with non-technical audiences.
- A mission-driven mindset: motivated by impact, not just technology—driven by the chance to save lives and strengthen public safety.
