Job Description
Senior / Lead ScamTech Policy Officer will work on high-impact initiatives that protect millions of Singaporeans from GOIS and other scam vectors, driving an integrated policy-operations-technology approach to scam prevention.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in government or related sectors working on anti-scam, fraud, or adjacent digital risk issues
- Experience working with, or leading, multi-disciplinary teams across policy, operations, and technology
- Demonstrate strong public-interest motivation
- Proactively address emerging threats
- Think strategically about system-level protection
- Build and sustain stakeholder relationships
- Communicate complex risks with clarity and influence
- Navigate regulatory and policy complexity
- Translate between policy and technology
- Use evidence to drive decisions
