Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Specialist to join the Health Appointment System (HAS) team. The role involves running feedback and support loops, investigating issues, and driving improvements across product, workflow, training, and support.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Strong prompt-writing and tool-use skills
- Comfort using dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Experience working with CRM, ticketing, or support systems
- Ability to translate user, stakeholder, and operational signals into practical recommendations
- Ability to build or improve operational structures
- Strong judgment and user empathy
- Comfortable managing tough or complex stakeholders
- Able to work across product, engineering, design, and operations
- Strong written communication
- Able to independently own problems and drive improvements
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Bias toward making recurring work more scalable, robust, and easier to run
