Vice President, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting

The Vice President of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting will prepare and review technical accounting areas, draft and review technical accounting memos, and timely and compliantly file all SEC periodic and current reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license preferred
• Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience with a focus on public company financial reporting (SEC registrants) and technical accounting research and documentation
• Working knowledge of basic SOX internal control requirements
• Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively with C-level executives, SEC counsel, investor relations, operations and external auditors
