Client Liaisons are the first and ongoing point of contact for our clients, ensuring they are scheduled efficiently and supported throughout their care journey.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years healthcare scheduling or patient coordination experience
• Behavioral health experience preferred
• Comfortable in high phone-volume environments
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
