Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Employee who ensures that customer questions are accepted, monitored, and resolved. You will work on implementing our products and performing upgrades, and will become an expert in our products.
Requirements
- MBO/HBO education in the direction of MBO ICT helpdesk employee, MBO Allround IT employee, HBO Business Studies, HBO ICT (Informatics), or equivalent
- Experience with implementing and/or managing software
- SQL, SSL (certificates), JVM (Java Virtual Machine), Apache Tomcat, Docker knowledge (plus)
