Lead Developer

We are looking for a Lead Developer who is not only strong in technology, but also in teamwork, ownership, and development. Requirements

• Higher education level of work and thinking, preferably with a completed education in, for example, Informatics or Software Engineering.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience as a software developer, with demonstrated experience in leading development teams.
• Extensive knowledge of Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Spring, Postgres, and cloud engineering (Azure/AWS).
• Knowledge within the government domain, specifically in process automation or archiving, is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methods is a plus.
• You think analytically, work structured, and communicate clearly – both in Dutch and English.
• You are curious, ask questions, and are open to feedback. You actively seek ways to improve yourself.
• You work well together, contribute to a positive work atmosphere, and know when to take the lead or listen.
• You feel responsible for your work – you keep promises, dare to discuss mistakes, and continue to seek better solutions.
