Job Description
Launch Potato is a digital media company seeking an Affiliate Compliance Manager to own and operationalize compliance for credit card and banking products.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in financial services compliance, marketing compliance, or a regulated advertising environment
- Hands-on experience with credit card and/or banking compliance standards
- Proven ability to interpret regulatory guidance (FTC, CFPB, UDAAP concepts) and translate requirements into operational direction
- Experience working cross-functionally with Content, Paid Acquisition, and Account teams
- Strong written judgment with the ability to communicate risk clearly and decisively
