Requirements

Participate in solution design and analysis along with the implementation project team.
Share best practices and provide guidance to clients throughout duration of the project.
Produce a detailed functional design document to match client requirements.
Co-implement the configuration of the solution.
Guide client through system implementation of additional functionality.
Prioritize issues and projects.
Identify clients’ problems, opportunities and risks.
Gather and analyze relevant data.
Conduct client interviews and facility visits.
Work with clients to implement solutions.
Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with clients.
Participate in internal projects as required.
Participate in pre-sales activities as needed.
Participate in industry and marketing activities as needed.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
