Remote Support Analyst role working with clients to resolve incidents and provide timely feedback and resolution. Strong communication and customer service skills required. Experience with JDA/Blue Yonder WMS/WLM configuration and development tools required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS, or 3+ years equivalent experience.
- 3+ years' experience with JDA/Blue Yonder WMS/WLM configuration and customer development.
- 3+ years' experience with JDA/Blue Yonder development tools including MOCA tracing and components, MS SQL Database Server, Integrator, and Reporting.
- Solid knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Experience with SQL and writing complex queries.
- Experience with MS Windows operating systems.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, and Python is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Database is a plus.
- Experience with Körber WMS, in addition to Blue Yonder WMS, is a plus.
