ERP Operations & Manufacturing Consultant

We are seeking a skilled ERP Operations & Manufacturing Consultant to support the design and implementation of operational workflows within our ERP solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, production planning, or operational process improvement
• 2+ years of ERP functional experience (Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows such as make-to-order, make-to-stock, configure-to-order, and discrete/process manufacturing
• Experience with BoM structures, routings, MRP, capacity planning, and inventory control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to map business processes to system capabilities
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
