Job Description
Join AspenTech as a Sr. Project Engineer and be responsible for end-to-end delivery of SCADA/EMS/GMS/ADMS projects using the Monarch platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering or related field
- Strong technical background in automation and computers with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in one or more of the following: power systems, electric utility operations/dispatch, real-time control systems, client/server applications, network communications, UNIX / Linux / Windows operating systems
- Experience in software programming and scripting (Python, C / C++)
- Experience with the implementation of AspenTech DGM suite of software
- Excellent organization, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong commitment to providing superior customer service
- Ability to work on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability and flexibility to travel to domestic and international customer sites
