Principal Power Systems Engineer

We're looking for a Principal Power Systems Engineer to lead and mentor engineers in delivering complex designs, provide technical expertise, and support current products and future development opportunities across power grids. The role involves designing, integrating, testing, and commissioning advanced control systems, evaluating contract specifications, and communicating with customers and remote engineering team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required
• Master’s degree preferred, with an emphasis in Power Systems
• 7+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and testing advanced power systems applications
• Strong technical background with the ability to apply knowledge spanning IT and OT solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Superior organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability and flexibility to travel to domestic and international customer sites
