Principal Power Systems Engineer

AspenTech is seeking a Principal Power Systems Engineer to lead and mentor other engineers in delivering complex designs that meet customer specifications. The role involves technical expertise and engineering leadership to support current products and help define future product development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree preferred, with an emphasis in Power Systems
• 7+ years of relevant experience in designing, implementing, and testing advanced power systems applications
• Extensive technical expertise and higher level of understanding of basic principles of other related disciplines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Superior organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
