Job Description
AspenTech is looking for a Sr Field Support Engineer to join our growing Customer support Team. The role involves providing ongoing support to complex OT systems, troubleshooting and resolving customer incidents, and documenting customer interaction.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer/software engineering
- Power Utility experience preferred
- Exposure to SCADA/control systems
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- Basic networking skills
- Excellent Customer Management Skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of computer programming
