Job Description
We are seeking a GTM engineer to design and ship internal tools, automations, systems, and micro-products that 10x the output of the GTM team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI, workflow design, and lightweight tooling and be able to turn messy, high-volume information into clean, repeatable, measurable motion.
Requirements
- Work horizontally across marketing, sales, solutions, and post-sales
- Design and ship internal tools, automations, systems, and micro-products
- Use AI, workflow design, and lightweight tooling to turn messy, high-volume information into clean, repeatable, measurable motion
- Understand how GTM work actually gets done today
- Fluent in data and comfortable being scrappy
- Comfortable designing the metric and proving impact
- Creative and unafraid to be wrong
- Can sit with an SDR, an AE, an Account Manager, and a CPO-level exec and translate their needs into tools
