GTM engineer to build internal tools, automations, and micro-products using AI, workflow design, and lightweight tooling to improve GTM output and turn messy information into clean, repeatable motion.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in GTM, marketing, sales, solutions, and post-sales
- Proficiency in AI, workflow design, and lightweight tooling
- Ability to build internal tools, automations, and micro-products using no-code, low-code, or light code tools
- Strong understanding of data and ability to shape raw data into something people actually use
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Notion, analytics tools, spreadsheets, and content repositories
- Ability to design systems that ingest customer conversations, PA/340B/Appeals workflow insights, content and messaging, campaign performance, pipeline and forecast signals, and competitive notes
