Job Description
We're looking for a GTM engineer to build the foundation for our high-growth scale-up. The role involves designing and shipping internal tools, automations, and systems to 10x the output of the GTM team. The ideal candidate is a first principles thinker who loves to build, is obsessed with new tools and frontier tech, and is fluent in data and comfortable being scrappy.
Requirements
- Work horizontally across marketing, sales, solutions, and post-sales
- Design and ship internal tools, automations, systems, and micro-products
- Use AI, workflow design, and lightweight tooling to turn messy, high-volume information into clean, repeatable, measurable motion
- Pulling from Salesforce, Gong, Notion, analytics tools, spreadsheets, and content repositories
- Fluent in data and comfortable being scrappy
- Can sit with an SDR, an AE, an Account Manager, and a CPO-level exec and translate their needs into tools that make them say, "Oh wow, this changes my job."
