Forward Deployed Engineer - Singapore

OpenAI's Forward Deployed Engineering team partners with customers to turn research breakthroughs into production systems. Forward Deployed Engineers lead complex deployments of frontier models in production, owning the delivery state across workstreams and holding the bar on quality and pace.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience
• Complex systems delivery experience in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
• Production-grade code writing and reviewing skills in Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks
• LLM or generative models deployment experience and understanding of model behavior
• Simplifying complexity and making fast decisions under pressure
• Clear communication with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders
