Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join the ChatGPT Growth Partnerships team and help establish the technical foundation that underpins partner-led growth.
Requirements
- Build and own full-stack product experiences supporting partner integrations, onboarding flows, activation funnels, and growth surfaces.
- Design and develop backend services and APIs for scalable, secure partner experiences.
- Collaborate with product, partnerships, design, data science, and research teams to translate strategy into shipped product.
- Lead experimentation initiatives (A/B tests, metrics, instrumentation) to understand drivers of adoption, retention, and value through partnerships.
- Identify leverage points where small technical innovations can unlock significant growth impact.
- Establish best practices for building extensible, partner-friendly systems at scale.
