Job Description
OpenAI is seeking a GTM Strategic Planning Manager to help shape how the company plans, invests, and scales across its revenue organization. The role requires strong analytical rigor, deep knowledge of GTM strategy, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in GTM strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance, consulting, or a related analytical function
- Strong financial modeling and planning experience, with the ability to connect business strategy to targets, headcount, and investment decisions
- Deep understanding of GTM strategy, operating models and the key levers that drive productivity and growth
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong bias toward data-driven decision-making
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear recommendations and influence leadership decisions
