Program Manager, Product Policy

The Product Policy team is responsible for developing, implementing, and communicating policies for OpenAI's services. We are looking for a program manager to strengthen the operational backbone of the team, focusing on making core processes run smoothly and reliably.

Requirements

• Experience running operational programs or processes in cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an instinct for improving systems.
• Comfort working with policy, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to execute independently while escalating issues appropriately.
• Background in policy / trust and safety.
