Research Engineer, Trustworthy AI

We are looking for exceptional research scientists/engineers to push the rigor of work needed to increase societal readiness for AGI. The role involves setting research and strategies to study societal impacts of our models, building creative methods for public input into model values, and increasing rigor of external assurances.

Requirements

• 3+ years of research experience
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages
• Experience with large-scale AI systems and multimodal datasets
• Proficiency in AI safety, focusing on topics like RLHF, adversarial training, robustness, LLM evaluations
• Past experience in interdisciplinary research
• Enthusiasm for socio-technical topics
