Senior Counsel, Commercial

OpenAI is seeking an experienced commercial attorney to join its commercial legal team, helping to lead commercial legal support for the company's rapidly growing business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, and will provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to teams including Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience across in-house and technology-focused law firm roles
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment, and be proactive and independent
