Senior Producer, Global Events

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Event Producer to join the Global Events team at OpenAI, who thrives in the controlled chaos of live production and knows how to turn ambitious ideas into beautifully executed experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in production / stage management, event production, agency event management / production, or similar roles.
• Experience producing large-scale conferences, product launches, or live productions with significant operational and technical complexity.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Strong working knowledge of full-stack event production including: conference and meeting planning, registration, attendee journey, stage production, immersive-activations, and catering.
