We're looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll focus on recruiting and onboarding Dutch customers, reactivating dormant accounts, and building lasting relationships that drive growth.
Requirements
- Day-to-day onboarding, nurturing and winning back Dutch customers
- Recruit new traders and dealers from incoming calls or pre-assigned database by the Manager
- Nurture the business relationships of the existing customers in your portfolio and help them develop and grow their business with us
- Reactivate inactive accounts by understanding their needs and reasons for leaving
- Present and demo our sales solutions to buyers and sellers
- Run call campaigns towards new and existing customers (launch of new solutions, products and services)
- Follow up and report on your responsible territory (market) information which could boost sales and OPENLANE’s market share
- Yearly customer visits for a selected group accompanied by one of the commercial managers.
