Claims Operations Аssociate (Legal Graduate Opportunity)

We are looking for a Claims Operations Associate (Legal Graduate Opportunity) to join our team at OpenPayd, a universal financial infrastructure that powers the growth of the digital economy. The ideal candidate will have a legal background and experience in claims or complaints handling.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English (C1) is a must – both written and spoken
• Previous experience in either an online payments or financial services environment (e-wallets, banking, online-processing)
• Previous experience in claims or complaints, escalation handling
• Ability to process information from a variety of sources and be confident in suggesting a course of action, whilst also being able to ask colleagues for input
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Good attention to details
