Job Description
Tenstorrent is a cutting-edge AI technology company looking for a CPU Memory Systems RTL Lead to drive the development of their next-generation CPU RTL. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CPU design and microarchitecture specification, RTL design, and verification.
Requirements
- Define and develop microarchitecture specifications for CPU
- Define and develop interface between CPU core and external memory subsystem
- Responsible for the quality of RTL including design verification and PPA closure
- Actively use AI tools to accelerate the CPU design process
