Job Description
We're looking for a highly skilled, creative and self-driven Staff Product Designer to join OpenSea's small but mighty design team. In this role, you'll help define the future of how people discover, trade, and interact with digital assetsāworking closely with engineers and fellow designers to bring clarity and craft to complex problems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Demonstrated ability to own complex, ambiguous problem spaces
- Strong product senseācomfortable thinking strategically and operating without the structure of a large product org
- Excellent interaction and visual design skills
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers to ship high-quality, technically informed designs
