Job Description
OpenTable is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead design for its table management system and private dining teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product design, a proven track record in growing designers, and expertise in native apps and web experiences.
Requirements
- Proven track record in growing designers and design managers
- Hands-on experience in product design
- Deep expertise in native apps and web experiences
- Exceptional visual design skills
- Extensive experience in design for B2B or ambiguous spaces
- Data-driven and skilled in stakeholder management
- Strong systems-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and interpretation skills
- Ability to create and evangelize a vision and develop comprehensive plans
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative and open to feedback and input from others
