Global Mobility and Immigration Partner (Hybrid, Norwalk)

As a Global Mobility and Immigration Partner, you will lead and optimize the company's global mobility and immigration processes, ensuring compliance, scalability, and a consistent employee experience across all markets globally. The successful candidate will be a specialist in their field, ensuring that cases are not just handled but driven to successful and timely completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leading global mobility and immigration processes
• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, work permits, and global mobility standard processes
• Exceptional organizational, communication and analytical skills
• Experience with HR technology, specifically Workday and Zendesk
• Experience in managing budgets for global mobility programs, including forecasting and cost analysis
• Flexibility with working hours due to the global reach of the business
