Requirements
- Experience owning a project from A to Z
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with customer success metrics, including NPS and engagement indicators
- Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Fluency in German
- A keen interest in or experience with mental health advocacy, especially within workplace settings
- Familiarity with project management principles and organizational skills to coordinate engagement initiatives effectively
