Talent Pool: Financial Well-being Expert

We are looking for a Freelance Financial Well-being Expert to join our Permanent Talent Pool. The ideal candidate will have native-level fluency in Dutch or German, knowledge of local regulations and financial services, and a BA degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. The role will involve providing 1:1 consultations on personal finance, budgeting, and financial well-being, and will require strong English communication skills, a laptop/computer with Windows 10 or later, or MacOS Ventura or later, and an antivirus turned on in the device.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Dutch or German and knowledge of local regulations and financial services
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• BA degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Minimum 2+ years' experience providing 1:1 consulting, financial advisory, or coaching on personal finance, budgeting, or financial well-being
• Certification in financial planning, budget coaching or WFT (at least Basis and Asset management) (completed or in progress)
• Tech-savvy, with a self-reliant approach to digital platforms and systems
• Laptop/computer with Windows 10 or later, or MacOS Ventura or later, and antivirus turned on in the device
