Job Description
The Head of Philanthropy Advisory Team will lead the development and execution of strategies for major, mid-level and planned gifts and grants in support of Operation Mobilization's mission and vision. The role will also manage a team of major and mid-level gift officers and collaborate across OM USA and the OM movement globally.
Requirements
- At least seven years of mega and major gifts development in a large, nationwide setting
- Experience hiring, training, leading, and inspiring a diverse team of major gift and planned giving professionals
- Proven experience directly inviting and securing financial gifts from individuals and foundations at the six- and seven-figure level
