Job Description
The Organizational Culture Coordinator will facilitate connection points for OM staff in the US to pray, fellowship, and collaborate, and will coordinate cross-functional events and communications that bring people together around the organization's mission, goals, and values.
Requirements
- High level of ability in interpersonal and written communication
- Ability to communicate with multiple constituent groups
- High emotional intelligence
- Experience in agenda design and coordinating volunteers
- Experience in event planning or hospitality
- Proficient in Microsoft, including Office, Teams, Forms, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proficient in Canva or equivalent app to design attractive graphics and videos
